Chitra Joshi Paliwal, MBA

Chitra sits on the Management Committee and serves as Board Secretary and helps the School with strategic initiatives. Chitra has led the school's shift from an analog to digital registration and enrolment, streamlining the experience for families and staff alike.She is also an adult Kathak student, with a deep passion for the school's mission and for arts and culture more broadly.

In her day job, Chitra is Director of Marketing and Business Development at TRIBBUTE, a boutique business consulting firm that helps Small to Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) achieve their business goals through marketing, intelligence, and technology. She leads strategy for new business acquisition and revenue growth alongside heading the brand and design portfolio at TRIBBUTE.

With over 10 years of leadership experience in HR, Marketing, and Client Relations across financial services, agribusiness, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors, Chitra brings deep expertise in business strategy and growth. She holds an MBA from the Asper School of Business (University of Manitoba), a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring young graduates, spending time with her family and her beloved cat, and listening to business and wellness podcasts.
